Administration Long-Range Plan Goals and Objectives

GOAL:

To maintain and improve our property resources to best serve the mission of Westminster

1. Develop prioritized plans for addressing the maintenance requirements of the aging infrastructure of our physical plant.   
2. Use said plans to increase awareness in the Westminster community of the needs.  
3. Develop a process by which to decide if the church has more extensive needs for space in the Prism building.   
4. Work with Westminster Child Care Center committee to develop plans for a major renovation of the playground.  
5. Undertake small needed improvements in the playground, not in conflict with the overall planning, as funding is available.  
6. Improve the lighting in Fellowship Hall  
7. Develop plans to air condition the Library and Fellowship Hall as funding is available.    
8. Give priority consideration for improving accessibility in all applicable efforts.
