Presbyterian Student Fellowship

Presbyterian Student Fellowship gathers for friendship, prayer and faith conversations, and to share a meal, laughter, and life. We aim to create a welcoming community away from home in which to explore our relationships with God and with each other. Undergrads who grew up in the Church, those who’ve never been involved in a religious community, and anyone in between are all welcome. We hope you will find a listening ear, a welcoming table, and a place you can be yourself.

See below for program and contact information.

  • PSF Weekly Meetings
Each Tuesday at 6:30 pm, undergraduates gather in Common Grounds (the white house next to the church--on the corner of Rugby Road and Gordon Ave.) for a time of food, fun, fellowship, discovery, and spiritual nourishment.

  • Sunday Lunches
Each Sunday during the academic year after the 11:00 worship service at Westminster, we gather for a delicious meal and informal conversation. These lunches provide a great opportunity to meet members of the congregation.

  • Common Grounds: Home of Presbyterian Student Fellowship
In the summer of 2008, Westminster Presbyterian Church renovated the first floor of the white house next to the church to create a welcoming and comfortable home for PSF.   Located on the corner of Rugby Road and Gordon Avenue (at 214 Rugby), Common Grounds is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are members of Presbyterian Student Fellowship or Graduate/Young Adult Group. Common Grounds is a
ccessible via combination lock, has wireless Internet, and a kitchen with coffee-maker and snacks.  It is furnished with studying and group conversations in mind.
  • Retreats, Outings and Mission Trips
Every fall and winter, PSF gets away for a 24 hour retreat together.  They are free and provide a great opportunity to get to know other students, enjoy God's creation, relax and explore our faith together.  There is usually a hike or two each semester--we drive less than an hour to get refreshed by natural beauty.  Annual mission trips are a chance to get our hands dirty learning from brothers and sisters in need.  Two trips to Honduras in 2005 and 2006 were followed by three trips to the Gulf Coast (Mississippi 2007 and New Orleans 2008 and 2009) to rebuild there.
